1.Timestamp
All photos must include a timestamp showing the current address and time. We use Timestamp App for all the photos for your clock-in and clock-out reports. Please, make sure you have downloaded this app (it's free) and make sure you turn the flash on while taking the photos with Timestamp App. Link to download the Timestamp App:

2.Find station and storage
Locate the station and storage in the restaurant.
3.Take Station and Storage Photos
Using Timestamp app, take these photos:
Locked Station: Take a picture of the locked station as soon as you arrive. π
Frame & Media Boxes in the storage: Photograph the frame and media boxes in storage. π¦
Storage Black Box Contents: Check for any extra single media sets inside and take a picture.






4.Count Boxes at the Storage
Count all frame boxes, media set boxes, and single sets in storage bins, if any. π’
DO NOT count the media set that is already inside the printer.Check box labels for quantities.
(Paper frames boxes have 100 frames per box, glass boxes have 60 frames per box, media set boxes have 2 media sets per box).


5.Open the Station Side Locker:
Use the 4-digit code to unlock the stationβs side locker.
Press digits one at a time, pull the release button down, and pull the lock panel forward. π
If the lock doesnβt open, reset the code and try again.

6.Open the Station Drawer:
Take one photo of all the equipment in the drawer (camera, flash, etc.).
Open the small kit box (memory cards, etc.) and include its contents in the photo. πΈ
Cash in Drawer: If thereβs any change (cash bills in a transparent envelope), take a photo and count the cash. π΅
Square Device: Photograph the Square device and its charger wire (if not included in the drawer photo).


7.Open the Station and Check Inventory:
Take one photo of all equipment inside the station (laptop, printer, chargers, etc.).
Take a photo of frames in the station (all frames should be countable, so make sure there is nothing covering the frames).
Count how many frames are in the station box.




8.Prepare Laptop and Printer:
Set up the laptop by connecting the power and USB printer cables and turn on the laptop and printer. π₯οΈβ‘


9.Uniform Check
Take a photo of your uniform (shirt, pants, shoes) all in black.
Make sure you have no necklace.




10.Connect the Square Reader:
Open the Square app and navigate: "More" β "Settings" β "Hardware" β "Square Readers" β "Connect a Reader". π±


11.Prepare camera and flash
12.Clocking-in and get your Time in report
On the desktop, open the Shift handler application.
Log in with the given credentials.
Click Login.
Fill in the details as described above.
Double-checks the data filled before submitting it and makes sure all has been counted.
Click get report
Then send your Time-in report to your group chat.


If you received a Notice of Discrepancy (example is below):
Double-check frame/media numbers.
Inform your team in the work chat and send a photo of the notice.
Resubmit the Clock-In form with the correct numbers if you find a mistake in the previous submission.






13.Report your images to your group chat:
Send All Photos to Your Work Chat in WhatsApp:
1. Photo of the time in the report.
2. Photo of the drawer with equipment: photography supplies, change $, and the box with card readers.
3. Photo of uniform: so we can see that you wear a uniform (you can send without face, but it should show the shirt, pants, and Shoes).
4. Photo of frames in the station (countable, clear picture).
5. β Extra boxes of both media and frames (countable, clear picture).
